Ingredients:
1 Cup Sliced button Mushroom
1 1/2 Cup Green peas
1/4 Cup (Homemade) Bhuna Masala-Mix curry Masala
10 Cashew nuts (Soaked in water and finely paste)
1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Oil
Corriander leaves for Garnishing
Salt to taste

Recipe:
In a Frying Pan, Pour oil and whole cumin seed, while it splutters add Bhuna Masala , cashew paste, Salt to taste and water (Make sure Bhuna Masala has salt in its flavor). Stir fry for a while or about a minute. Now add Green Peas in Bhuna Masala mixture and cover the lid. Green peas tend to take more time to cook so add sliced mushroom after 10 minutes or until green peas are cooked properly. Now let both mushroom and peas cook for 4-5 minutes with the lid covered. Add water according to the required gravy consistency. And Granish it with Corraiander leaves.
